What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

How We Use Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit our website. Cookies help us run the site smoothly, remember your preferences, understand how our collections are browsed, and – where you’ve allowed it – show you more relevant offers on our artisan products you may be interested in.
Cookies We Actually Use
Essential Cookies
These are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They keep your shopping cart intact as you browse, remember items during checkout, maintain your logged-in session, support secure payment processing, and help protect the site against fraud. Without these cookies, core features such as adding a saree to your cart or completing an order would not work.
Preference Cookies
These remember choices you make so you don’t have to re-select them each visit – such as your preferred currency and country (for our international customers), your wishlist and recently viewed products, and any size or fabric preferences you’ve indicated while browsing.
Performance & Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our website – which collections, products, or pages get the most attention, how customers move from browsing to checkout, and where they encounter difficulties. We use this information in aggregate, for statistical analysis only, to improve our website and product presentation.
Marketing & Advertising Cookies
With your consent, we and our advertising partners (such as Meta/Instagram and Google) use cookies to show you our products on other websites and social media, including reminders about items left in your cart, and to measure how effective our promotions and festive-season offers are. These cookies may track your browsing across other sites and are set by third parties whose own privacy policies apply.
Functional Third-Party Content
Some pages may embed third-party content – for example, Instagram posts, YouTube videos on saree draping or our artisans’ craftsmanship, or a WhatsApp/live-chat widget for customer support. These providers may set their own cookies when that content loads.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner/settings on our website at any time, and most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to browse and purchase, but may affect wishlist memory, currency selection, and how relevant our promotions are to you. Essential cookies cannot be disabled, as they are required for the website and checkout to function.
International Visitors
If you are visiting from outside India, including from the European Union or United Kingdom, cookies that are not strictly necessary will only be set with your consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time through our cookie settings.
